If at the end of the match a robot has a load of balls in a hopper off of the mat on their own side of the field do these balls count as scored for the other team? Thanks.

Please refer to the definition of the word "Scored" which says:

Scored - A ball is scored in a scoring zone if the entire ball is within the rectangular space defined by the edges of the scoring zone, and not touching a robot of the alliance that the scoring zone belongs to.

Note: A scoring zone extends infinitely perpendicular to the playing field surface within the scoring zone boundaries.

Based on this definition, if a RED robot is holding balls while inside the BLUE scoring zone, these balls would still count as SCORED.
