I am talking about the small parts like the pvc nipple.

the pvc nipple looks like a piece of plastic with 2 threaded parts one on each end

go here
http://www.mcmaster.com/
and type in the part number in the search box
Note:
I bought all my stuff at Home Depot. They didn't have a plastic nipple, so I used steel.

I think I have all the parts now.I found them at a small harware store.
@copralchee: Yah they definetly could have made them easier to read.
I don't think the field drawing even say what the dimensions are for the whole
course.

you don't need two bases you can just switch the pvc pipe.

If i were you I would just build two pvc poles and no bases or just or just build the field elements you plan on using. Lol back in '05 i built a robot using only a trash can a my field element. Dependiny on your buget you may just want to do somethin very simple just to illustrate that your robot is capable of scoring that high and use the money you save for 'bot part cuz who doesn't like new robot parts lol
hope this helps

I already finished it.This years game makes it help a LOT if you actually build
it because the goal slides when pushed.

yah, how easy does it slide, does the robot need lots of torque? ive already bought the wood so i'll build one and then get enough pvc for a single and paired goal, i found some really nice casters at home depot by the way:D
