It is somewhat slow but there is also a lot of torque due to heavy gearing. It can really lift a lot of weight. Sometimes it lifts so much weight the gears may break. The whole point is that it is slow so it can lift a lot of weight.

Cool robot. A bit slow, but all I saw was some crumpled up paper wads in that trash can. I doubt it can pick up real trash cans which are quite heavy. That arm doesn't look very strong, but you should have demonstrated it can do bigger loads as well. The cart in the back is very nice. :]
