There is a joke kicking around our team how next year "if" we do FTC we are going to come up to Canada to versus Simbotics one on one.

Overdrive VS Simbotics, two record holding teams... who knows what the outcome would be...

I was sad when I heared that Simbotics is leaving FTC...

Really going to miss talking about them.

Re: Team Overdrive's New Video

Yes, I too was sad when I heard Simbotics was leaving FTC, we probably would not be able to beat them but we can dream.

My team had the dubious honor of playing both with Overdrive (and Mr. T) and losing to Overdrive (and Mr. T).

off topic: If I am not mistaken, the Sand Crawlers beat Mr. T in the final match in Weatherly, and we all know what happened in the finals at the world championships.

I'm already psyched for next year, and Delaware is going to be awesome. Hopefully we'll have some killer design, and hopefully Overdrive will have some killer design and we can have a good match.

Oh! Simbotics is beatable they were no better then any other very good stacker bot. There drivers just have a lot of practice. They were very good but it is to bad they did not make it farther.

Mr. T was a lot better than they were in Weatherly.

Re: Team Overdrive's New Video

I'm also looking forward to a rematch next year. Our bot never got the chance to play directly against Overdrive (we were out the round that Overdrive was in). =P We better see you guys in Atlanta...

(side note: it's always fun to go up against teams you've played with before. We'd been allied with 23 at Los Angeles and against them at San Diego (they beat us there), so finding out we were up against them was a combination of "Oh hey, we know these guys!" and "OH GOD THEY KNOW EVERY SINGLE LAST BIT OF OUR STRATEGY!")
